We spent a day hiking down and around Bryce Canyon. There was just enough snow to add a fun "icing" on the rocks, but not enough to get in the way of our hike. The sky was a perfect blue and the temperature was cool.
We started out with everyone on top at the view point. It seemed crowded, but once you descend into the canyon there were very few people.
A friendly chipmunk crossing our path.
The paths are relatively easy, there were a couple narrow spots, but this one only led to a dead end.
Each direction gave us a unique view of the rock formations.
We made it up to the opposite rim and had a look back to where we came from.
Queen's Garden, this section had the most interesting formations on our hike.
Hundreds of cairns built by hikers, some of them were even in the trees!
Thu found a fun spot to build hers.
I climbed a little higher and suffered some small scrapes.
